Minimum/General Experience:

Two (2) years related experience in field engineering, surveying and basic layout activities. Requires knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Visio, and ONC/HNC in building studies. Requires excellent written, oral, and teamwork skills.

Functional Responsibility:

Verifies dimensions and calculates materials needed for telecom equipment installation, and records data obtained at customer sites. Coordinates surveying activities with assigned engineer; prepares and revises engineering drawings, office forms, charts, etc. Maintains usage and storage of survey equipment.

Minimum Education:

High School Diploma or vocational training, plus two years related experience.
